A Closer Look At The PBA Community - Part 4 of 4

Sachiko here 👋 (Anna’s right-hand woman)

After completing the 6th round of PBA, many of our students shared with us, “I want more accountability.”

So, Anna and I rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

We came up with a plan.

At the end of each lesson, students would take a short assessment to share what they learned.

We also created 4 key assignments students would be responsible for submitting throughout the entirety of the course.

In addition, students would share their goals and intentions for the upcoming week at each call.

At the following call, we’d ask if they met those goals.

Some weeks, people nailed it.

Other weeks, not so much—but they came back stronger the next week.

We saw everyone staying on track and keeping up with the curriculum.

We were so excited…. was it working!?

Benefit 4: Accountability

(Did you miss parts 1, 2, or 3? Check them out here, here and here.)

When the 7th round of PBA had finished, students shared in their feedback forms, “PBA was the perfect mix of accountability and freedom. It felt like a college course with assignments, but I could still do what made sense for my brand.”

We learned a valuable lesson.

Accountability works.

And if that’s what you’re looking for, we’ve got your back.

The PBA Community will keep you on track and help you stay accountable for reaching your goals through our chats, live Zoom meetings, and social media engagement groups.
