“I just graduated from PBA. I want to keep posting on social media, but I’m afraid of losing momentum and the accountability that a program like PBA provides.”
-
“I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished thus far, but I know I can do more and be more. I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface of what I’m meant to do on this earth.”
-
“Now that I know my Enneagram type, I don’t want my personal development journey to come to an end. I have so much to learn and I am hungry to keep learning more about myself.”
-
“I know how important it is to be surrounded by people who are committed to their spiritual growth. I’m worried I don’t have friends who are as committed to their personal development as I am.”
-
“I genuinely love to help people and I’ve even thought about becoming a coach. But I have no idea where to start or how to sell myself. I know I have potential though.”
-
“I’m confident in who I am, but I still have doubts. I know I need to work through some self-esteem issues, and I’m ready to do the work so I can show up powerfully online and offline.”
If you resonate with any of these statements, you’re not alone.

Lesson One - Introduction to PBA Coaches Training
Coaching Principle One - Begin with the End in Mind
Coaches will set their own goals for the experience.
Determine what kind of coach you want to be for your students (inside and outside of PBA).
Define the areas of your life you want to further develop while inside the training.
Work with Anna to cast your vision for the future.
Lesson Two - Challenge Your Story
Coaching Principle Two - Read Between the Lines
Coaches will challenge the stories that keep them stuck.
Deepen your understanding and uncover the deeply rooted beliefs that keep you from living authentically.
Release the lies that keep you from reaching your full potential as a coach and leader.
Work with Anna to dig deeper into your past and what’s prevented you from moving forward.
“As a coach, my role is to listen to what you tell me, but also to read between the lines and to truly hear what your inner self is saying.”
Lesson Three - Express Your Highest Values
Coaching Principle Three - Lead by Living a Value-Driven Life
Coaches will re-examine the values they’ve identified in PBA.
Determine the parts of your life that are incongruent with your values.
Create a plan to change what no longer serves you.
Work with Anna to create an action plan that puts you in alignment with your values.
Lesson Four - Identify Your Personality Patterns
Coaching Principle Four - Be(a)ware of the Ego
Coaches will deepen their understanding of the enneagram
Identify the ways in which your personality keeps you stuck.
Examine your personality patterns and become more aware of your levels of development and instinctual variant.
Work with Anna to look honestly at the ways in which your ego prevents you from getting your students to the finish line.
Lesson Five - Understanding Your Conscious Leadership Style
Coaching Principle Five - Good Leadership = Conscious Leadership
Coaches will learn what it means to be a good effective leader.
Understand the difference between unconscious and conscious leadership.
Examine ways to catch your personality or ego in action.
Be presented with your style of conscious leadership based on your enneagram.
Lesson Six - Leaders are Writers
Coaching Principle Six - Clarify your purpose, communicate your vision, and lead your community through authentic writing
Coaches will be asked to create a consistent plan for writing.
Determine what has prevented you from writing consistently in the past.
Distinguish what has prevented you from finding your authentic voice.
Do a writing exercise with the group.
“But writing can also be a direct line to our deepest self, a path to understanding who and why we are. It can reveal what we didn’t know we knew, and open doors to a wider awareness of all that lies within and around us. It can heal our past and enrich our present.” Coaches will be asked to share their writing. The goal of this session is to get students to write authentically. To let go of the pretentiousness, the fluff, and the words that cloud our most authentic selves from shining through.”
Lesson Seven - Authentic Leadership
Coaching Principle Seven - Why showing up as yourself matters
Coaches will determine what prevents them from presenting their authentic selves.
Learn ways to practice being more authentic
Reimagine what an authentic life really looks like.
Lesson Eight - Coaches Check-In
Coaches will meet with Anna 1 on 1 to conduct a check-in session.
Lesson Nine - Boundaries Protect
Coaching Principle Nine - Take your power back
Coaches will determine how they spend their energy.
Take stock of “time-sucks”.
Learn the steps to prioritize your peace and take your power back.
Prioritize the tasks that are consistent with your highest values.
Lesson Ten - Take Action and Lead by Example
Coaching Principle Ten - Take action even if you aren't ready
Coaches will be given prompts to write about and share with the group.
Lesson Eleven - Moving Forward
Coaching Principle Eleven - What does real change look like?
Coaches will reflect on their time in the program and ask themselves, "What is something new you want to believe about yourself and what plan will you put in place to make it happen?" True change is identity change.

Angie O'Campo
“I LOVED the coaches training! Every class planted a seed for me to reflect deeper on how I was showing up online and offline. It gave me a deeper awareness of what is authentic leadership and it deepened my self-awareness of how I can best provide space for others. I wish the program was longer because I really enjoyed it! :)”
-
Alice Cary
“As a student of PBA, I felt a true transformation and I continued that transformation within Anna's Coaching Program. I really love Anna and her ability to hold a sacred container for change, aesthetics, and transformational content. Both PBA and the PBA Coaching Program were packed full of exploratory questions and action-oriented invitations to change. This isn't just about talking about change, it's about embodying action in accordance with our new understanding of ourselves and our place in the world. There really aren't enough words to express how impactful PBA and the PBA Coaching Program were/are in my life. I'm forever changed by my experience within the program and my connection to Anna and her whole support team.”

Lillian Vanegas
